Lightning Blox Fruits Value 2026 —
Worth, Demand & Full Fruit Guide
Lightning, still called Rumble by half the playerbase, trades at 90M regular and 240M permanent with 9/10 demand. It carries an OVERPAID tag, which means people are consistently paying more than the fruit is worth. That is useful information whether you are buying or selling. Full moveset, upgrade costs, and honest trade advice below.
What Is Lightning in Blox Fruits?
Lightning is a Legendary Elemental fruit that was called Rumble until the rework renamed it. Most players still say Rumble. It gives you control over lightning, an orb-based resource system, and some of the largest attack hitboxes in the game.
Two passives carry a lot of the fruit’s value. Elemental Reflex makes you immune to ordinary physical attacks from mobs you outlevel, which is why Lightning grinds so comfortably. Orb Charge generates the orbs that several of your moves consume, recharging on a short timer that speeds up once the fruit is upgraded.
About That OVERPAID Tag
Lightning has carried the OVERPAID label for a long stretch now, and it is worth being direct about what that means. The fruit is genuinely strong. People also routinely give up more than 90M of value to get one, because it is fun, because content creators use it, and because 9/10 demand makes it feel scarcer than it is.
If you own one, this is good news. You can usually get more than the listed value for it. If you want one, the advice is less fun: wait, or take one as part of a larger trade rather than building an offer around it. Adding items on top to close a Lightning deal is how people lose 30 or 40M without noticing. Check it in the trade calculator and let the number rather than the hype set your ceiling.
Regular vs Permanent
Regular Lightning at 90M is consumable. Permanent Lightning at 240M lives in your inventory forever. That is roughly a 2.7x premium, which is normal for this tier. Permanent Lightning is also one of the more common add-on items in bigger trades because 240M is a convenient number for balancing offers, which keeps its liquidity high.
📌 Lightning is one of the strongest Legendary-tier holds. At 9/10 demand it moves faster than anything else in its price range. Compare against the rest of the tier on the full value list.

How to Get Lightning in Blox Fruits 2026
1. Blox Fruit Dealer — 2.1M Beli or 2,100 Robux
The dealer sells Lightning for 2,100,000 Beli (physical) or 2,100 Robux (permanent). Of everything in the Legendary tier this is one of the more attainable purchases, and 2.1M Beli is well within reach for anyone who has finished the Second Sea.
2. Natural Spawn
Lightning was locked behind events and Robux for a long time. Update 31 made it spawnable in the wild again, so it now appears at normal fruit spawn points across all three seas. At Legendary rarity you will not trip over one, but it is a real possibility rather than a lottery ticket.
3. Blox Fruit Gacha
Lightning is in the Gacha pool. Legendary pull rates sit somewhere under one percent, so this is a bonus outcome from rolls you were doing anyway, not a method.
4. Trading
Given the OVERPAID tag, trading is where people lose money on this fruit. Build offers at 85M to 95M for physical and 230M to 250M for permanent, then hold that line. If the other player will not close, another Lightning will come along. They always do.
⚠️ Do not overpay on a falling premium: OVERPAID trends correct eventually. Anyone who paid 130M for a physical Lightning during a hype spike watched it settle back toward 90M. Buy at value or wait. More on reading trend labels in the trading tips guide.
Lightning Abilities & Full Moveset
Three of Lightning’s moves consume orbs, and orb management is most of the skill in playing it well. Run dry mid-combo and you are standing there with nothing.
Lightning Orb
Three moves in one, depending on how long you hold it. Tap for a single bolt. Hold briefly for an electrified sphere that pulls enemies in before exploding. Hold longer, spending two orbs, and you summon a lightning dragon that chains through everything nearby. The chain version has no cooldown in its un-upgraded form, which makes it absurdly good for grinding.
Thunderstorm
Drops a stationary thundercloud over the target area that keeps striking anything underneath. The stun it applies is long. Combined with a charged Z it produces the longest ranged attack in the entire game, capable of reaching across an island. Fire the Z dragon into the cloud and the storm extends in duration and coverage.
Sky Judgement
A huge lightning beam slamming down from above onto your target area. Heavy damage over a wide zone and a core part of most Lightning combos. This is the upgraded successor to old Rumble’s Sky Beam and it is faster and considerably stronger than the version veterans will remember.
Thunderball Destruction
Compresses clouds into a lightning bomb you drop on a target area. Uniquely in Blox Fruits it has five distinct variants depending on whether you spend zero, one, two, three, or four orbs, with hitbox and damage scaling up each time. The four-orb version is one of the biggest single hits available at this tier.
Electric Flash
Fast forward dash that stuns and damages everything it passes through, consuming one orb. Your travel tool, your gap-closer, and your escape. Get it early. Lightning feels clunky without it and completely different once you have it.
Elemental Reflex
Ordinary physical attacks from mobs you outlevel do nothing to you. Stay five or more levels above what you are farming and most enemies simply cannot hurt you. This is the quiet reason Lightning remains a reliable grinding pick from level 1500 all the way to the cap.
Lightning Upgrade Cost — What It Takes
Lightning upgrades run through the Mysterious Scientist and the Admin Panel rather than a standard awakening. The panel tracks challenges as well as costs, so upgrading is part grind and part checklist.
Full Upgrade Requirements
500 mastery on the fruit
21,500 fragments
4 Volt Capsules
13 Electric Wings
3 Angel Wings
One spare physical Lightning fruit for the final step
That last requirement catches people out. You need a second Lightning, which at 90M is not a trivial ask on top of everything else. Factor it into your plan before you start.
The Access Problem
Full upgrades need the Third Sea and Submerged Island, and Submerged Island sits behind defeating the Tyrant of the Skies raid boss. If you are not there yet, you can still use Lightning perfectly well in its base form. You just cannot finish the upgrade path.
Upgrade Order
Prioritise Z, F, and C. Z is your damage and your grinding engine, F is your mobility, and C is the piece most of your combos route through. Thunderball Destruction is spectacular but it is also the move you will use least in a typical session.
📌 Fragment farming: raids and sea events are the fastest route to 21,500 fragments, and weekend fragment multipliers cut the grind noticeably. Worth timing your push around one. The Blox Fruits Fandom Wiki tracks the exact upgrade tables patch by patch if the numbers shift.
Lightning Tips — PvP and Grinding
Charge Orbs Before You Engage
Three or four orbs banked changes what you can do. Walking into a fight on zero means no dash, no big V, and a very short list of options. Orbs recharge on their own, so the discipline is just waiting a few seconds before you commit.
Thunderstorm Then Z for Grinding
Drop Thunderstorm on a group, charge Lightning Orb with three or four orbs, and NPCs get stunned for over ten seconds. Then just beat on them with your fighting style for free. This is the fastest grinding loop Lightning has.
Feed the Cloud
Firing the charged Z dragon into an active Thunderstorm merges them, extending duration and coverage. Most Lightning users never do this. It is the single biggest upgrade to your damage output that costs nothing extra.
Avoid Low Ceilings
Sky Judgement and Thunderstorm both come from above, and both get eaten by roofs. In the Cursed Ship and Haunted Castle you lose access to half your kit. Fight outdoors when you have the choice.
Aerial Combat Is a Weakness
Lightning wants targets on the ground. Against Leopard, Dragon, or anything else that lives in the air, your area moves lose most of their value. Bait them down or accept a rough matchup.
Pair With Godhuman
Lightning’s stuns plus Godhuman’s combo extension is the standard endgame pairing. Superhuman does a reasonable job while you work toward it. The stun uptime is what makes Lightning’s damage land at all against good players.
